Order Policies

1. Changes to your order: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify it. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Lost, stolen, or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. If your package appears lost, stolen, or missing, please open a claim directly with the courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders marked as “Delivered.” If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office and open a claim.

5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

6. International shipping: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once the package reaches your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
