1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect information is suspected.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled or amended before processing begins.

Once production or processing has started, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene regulations, hair products that have been worn, used, altered, or handled cannot be returned, as used hair cannot legally be resold.

Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been received.

Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.

If approved, a return address will be provided.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Customers are responsible for confirming all order specifications before completing checkout.

7. Payments

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with any payment options displayed during checkout.

FayeezLondon is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from website use beyond direct transactions.
