Pre-Order & Delivery Information

All units are available on a pre-order basis.

All orders are processed and prepared with care to ensure your hair is ready to meet our quality standards before dispatch.

Processing & Preparation

Please allow 4–5 working days for your order to be processed and prepared by our vendors.

Once the hair arrives with us, it undergoes our quality control process, which takes approximately 1–2 working days.

Shipping

Once your order has passed quality control, it will be dispatched using the shipping option selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days
Next-Day Delivery: 1–2 working days

Please note: Delivery times begin once your order has completed processing and quality control and has been dispatched. All stated working days exclude weekends and public holidays, and processing and dispatch times may be extended during busy periods.

Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day (Monday).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

While we aim to dispatch every order promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery is managed by the courier and is outside our control.

For this reason, we recommend placing orders well in advance of any appointments or special occasions. We cannot accept responsibility for courier delays or reimburse shipping costs due to delayed deliveries.

International Delivery

For EU orders and all international destinations outside the UK, please allow 10–17 working days from dispatch for delivery.

International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Clients who purchase their hair from us and book their installation appointment through the Fayeez Hair website are eligible for £50 OFF their installation service.

No discount code is required — the £50 discount will be applied automatically when you book your installation through our website.
