Pre-Order & Delivery Information
All units are available on a pre-order basis.
Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing, followed by approximately 5 working days for shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed.
Please note that stated working days exclude weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, processing and dispatch times may be extended.
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day (Monday).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
While we aim to dispatch every order promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery is managed by the courier and is outside our control.
For this reason, we recommend placing orders well in advance of any appointments or special occasions. We cannot accept responsibility for courier delays or reimburse shipping costs due to delayed deliveries.
International Delivery
For EU orders and all international destinations outside the UK, please allow 10–14 working days from dispatch for delivery.
International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

This allows us to safely retain your hair in-house and prepare it before your appointment.

Collection Option
Customers who wish to collect their order from our Leicester studio should apply the code COLLECTION during checkout.
Collection is available after the standard 7–10 working day delivery period.
Collection days are Tuesday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
